Developed  from the principles of Joseph Pilates it will dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.

At Evolve our classes combine the traditional pilates method with athletic conditioning and functional strength principles.  We take exercise prescription seriously –  Pilates is definitely for everyone but not all Pilates exercises are suited for every body. We teach you body awareness, the benefits of good posture and easy, graceful movement so that you’ll feel incredible!

Pilates Classes

At Evolve, we know that when you come to us – you want the best for your body. That’s why we conduct an introductory session regardless of experience because we need to know what your body needs and what your personal goals are so that we can prescribe exercises accordingly. Your personal plan is discussed during the introductory session as well as the fundamentals of Pilates and how that applies to your personalised program.

Benefits of Yoga

Derived from the Sankrit word “yuj” which means “to unite or integrate”; yoga is a 5000 year old Indian practice designed to unite the mind, body and spirit.

Focused on harmonising the body with the mind and breath through the means of various breathing techniques, postures (asanas) and meditation, yoga allows you to tune in, chill out, and shape up.

Yoga Classes

Find balance with Yoga – the slow and introspective practice targets the body’s energetic system, the connective tissues, joints and fascia. Yoga is an ancient form of movement which plays a vital role in countering our modern day stress. During your introductory session if joint mobility restrictions and tissue extensibility dysfunctions are present, Yoga may be the best pathway for you. At Evolve, we currently offer Vinyasa flow.

Note: You must complete your intro session before participating in these classes.

Reformer Pilates

Suitable for beginners, Essential Reformer is a gently-paced class that focuses on the foundations of pilates.  You will receive clear instruction and guidance and leave feeling energised, stretched and relaxed.

Vinyasa Flow

A challenging, flowing class incorporating vinyasa to link a series of poses into a full and challenging practice. The character of each class is unique to individual instructors, and pose variations are offered for increased or decreased challenge. Guaranteed zen!

A Pilates Mat class focuses on toning, flexibility, better posture, more efficient movement and the body/mind connection. Learn how to properly engage your core, whilst working on pelvic stability, spinal articulation and full breathing.

Functional Fit

Functional Fitness is an addictive, fun, energising, challenging workout. The classes are small  to ensure supervision of correct exercise technique.

Developed by our highly skilled instructors you will use your own body weight to substantially increase fitness without the wear and tear on joints.
